Pricing & Licensing

Which license do I choose when purchasing the Flower app?

When purchasing Flower, you must purchase a license that matches your highest Jira application tier.

For example, if you have a 500 user Jira Software license and a 100 agent Jira Service Desk license, it is necessary to purchase a 500 user Flower license.

This is a requirement of the Atlassian Marketplace and is the same requirement across Server, Data Center and Cloud. For more information about licensing and pricing visit the Atlassian Marketplace App Licensing page (opens in a new tab).

Can I purchase Flower for a subset of users?

When purchasing any Jira app license, you must purchase a license that matches your highest Jira application tier. This is a requirement of the Atlassian Marketplace and is the same requirement across Server, Data Center and Cloud. For more information about licensing and pricing visit the Atlassian Marketplace App Licensing page (opens in a new tab).

For example, if you have a 500-User Jira Software license, and a 20-Agent Jira Service Management license, your Jira apps must be at the 500-User level.

Atlassian handles all licensing for Marketplace vendors, so we can focus on what is important to us: Providing quality software and supporting our customers. As such we are unable to modify the licensing to be restricted to specific user groups within a Jira instance.

How does pricing of Flower work?

Flower for Cloud is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

How is annual Cloud pricing calculated?

Annual Cloud pricing is calculated on a tiered basis (the same as monthly per user pricing).

Flower is free if you have 10 users or less licensed for your Jira Cloud instance. If you have more than 10 users, you pay a per user amount based on the user tier.

Annual cloud licenses are more cost-effective for a 12 month period than monthly pricing, as you are only charged for 10 months of the year rather than the 12 you would pay on a monthly basis.
