Release Management is the central responsible body for the implementation of Changes to the IT Infrastructure, so that these are carried out in an effective, secure and verifiable manner. Important KPIs can be documented in a release. For example: The number of releases, the lead time of a release, and the number of rejections in a release. Finally, a Zapier integration can be used to create a log document of the release.
